Lynknester Worldwide — operating as NEO31 (thisisneo31.com)

1. The service

NEO31 is a marketplace that matches a homeowner’s job request with one verified local trade professional, and connects home buyers and sellers with licensed realtors. Professionals and realtors on NEO31 are independent businesses, not Lynknester Worldwide employees. We do not perform the work ourselves and we do not guarantee a professional’s work; your contract for any work is with the professional you engage.

2. Who may use NEO31

You must be 18 or older to hold an account or post a job. You must provide accurate information when you sign up or post. We may approve, decline, suspend or remove accounts that are inaccurate, unverified, or in breach of these terms.

3. Fees — the complete list

Homeowners: posting a job is free. There are no homeowner fees and no card processing pass-through fees. Trade professionals: joining is free. We charge a commission of 15% on completed jobs only (10% where the same homeowner and professional complete a repeat job together; Founding Professionals pay no commission on their first completed job only (a Founding Professional who received a written offer from us before 31 October 2026 on the earlier first-three-jobs terms keeps those terms)). An optional Preferred Listing upgrade is US$99 (C$139 / £75 / A$149 by market), charged once — it is not a subscription — and provides visibility for a profile only. It never buys access, ranking, placement or dispatch priority, and never affects matching or job offers, which are never for sale. Realtors: joining is free. Exclusive leads are priced by home value — from $199 (C$279 / £149 / A$289 by market) in the under-$500K band, rising by value band. A lead that is invalid under our lead policy is refunded automatically. NEO31 sells no advertising placements of any kind. The only paid visibility option is an optional Preferred Listing ($99), open only to verified NEO31 professionals; it never affects matching, ranking, placement, or which jobs a pro is offered. Other than the fees listed here, we charge nothing else. Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.

4. Verification

For licensed trades, we check a professional’s licence details against the relevant public register before they can be matched. We do not verify insurance; professionals and realtors are responsible for holding the licences and insurance their work requires.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post fake jobs, fake reviews, or misleading listings; do not attempt to manipulate matching or rankings; do not use contact details obtained through a match for any purpose other than the job they were shared for.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Lynknester Worldwide’s liability arising from the marketplace service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in the United States, Canada, England or Australia.

7. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page, change the effective date, and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
