Privacy Policy

Lynknester Worldwide — operating as NEO31 (thisisneo31.com)

Effective date: October 20, 2026

NEO31 is a marketplace that matches homeowners with one verified local trade
professional per request, and connects home buyers and sellers with licensed
realtors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it,
who receives it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language
on purpose.

1. Who we are

The platform at thisisneo31.com is operated by Lynknester Worldwide (“NEO31”, “we”, “us”),
2304 Oak Lane, Suite 216, Grand Prairie, TX 75051, USA.
We operate in the United States, Canada, England and Australia.
Questions about this policy or your information: lynknesterworldwide@gmail.com
or the contact page at thisisneo31.com/contact/.

2. Information we collect

Account and signup information. When you join as a trade professional or a
realtor, we collect your name, email address, phone number, trade or licence
type, the city or service area you work in, and the licence details you provide
for verification. An email address is required to create an account.

Job request information. When a homeowner posts a job, we collect their
name, email address, phone number, the city/area of the property, a description
of the job, and related details the homeowner chooses to provide (such as budget
range). This information exists so a matched professional can quote and do the
work.

Verification information. To verify a professional or realtor, we compare
the details provided at signup against public licence registers (see section 6).
We keep a record of the verification result.

Payment information. Advertising and lead purchases are processed through
WooCommerce with Airwallex as payment processor. We receive the details
needed to run your account — what was bought, the amount, and billing contact
details. We never see or store your full card number; card data is handled
by the payment processor.

Usage and analytics information. Our own visitor tracker records page-view
events (which pages are visited, and when) so we can understand traffic and
improve the platform. We analyse this in aggregate.

Communications. If you contact us — by form, email, or through the site —
we keep that correspondence so we can answer and keep a record of what was
agreed.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your information for any purpose that is not listed here without
telling you first.

4. Who receives your information — and why

Sharing on NEO31 is functional: information moves only where the service you
asked for requires it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information
with third parties for their own marketing.
Professionals and realtors who
receive information through a match or a lead purchase may use it only to
provide the service it was shared for.

5. Service providers we use

We run the platform with a small number of providers, who process information
on our instructions:

ProviderWhat they do for us
BluehostWebsite hosting (WordPress platform)
AirwallexPayment processing for advertising and lead purchases; payout services
BrevoSending service and notification email
SupabaseStorage of website analytics events
GoogleSearch Console (search performance) and YouTube (our published videos)
MetaOur Facebook and Instagram pages

Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be
processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where
the provider operates. Where information crosses borders, it remains subject
to this policy and to the provider’s contractual obligations to us.

6. Public licence registers and claim profiles

Some pages on this site are built from public records — official licence
registers published by regulators in the United States (for example Florida,
Texas, California and New York), Queensland (Australia), and public realtor
registers. A page built from a public record is not a membership listing,
and being named on one does not mean the person is a NEO31 member or has been
verified by us.

If a page names you or your business from a public record and you want it
removed, contact us (section 11) and we will remove or suppress it.
Suppressions are honoured permanently — a suppressed record is excluded
from future republication and from our outreach lists.

Business contact details that appear in public registers are used to invite
the licence holder to claim their profile and join. Every such invitation
identifies us and offers a permanent opt-out.

7. Reddit integration

NEO31 operates a Reddit integration (including the account u/lynknester) used
to monitor public home-improvement discussions and to respond where community
rules allow. This integration processes publicly posted Reddit content and
usernames; it does not access private Reddit messages, and no Reddit data is
sold or combined with NEO31 account records for marketing.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technology in two categories only:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share tracking data
with advertising networks. Your browser settings let you block cookies; the
site will still work, though some sign-in features may not.

9. How long we keep information

When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted
or anonymised.

10. Security

Accounts are password-protected, administrative access is restricted, form
submissions are rate-limited and filtered for automated abuse, and payment
card data is handled by our payment processor rather than on our servers. No
system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your
information, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as
required by the law that applies to them.

11. Your rights and choices

Wherever you are in our markets, you may ask us to:

To exercise any of these, email lynknesterworldwide@gmail.com or use
thisisneo31.com/contact/. We may ask you to confirm your identity against
the account or email address in question before acting. We respond within the
timeframe the law in your market requires.

12. A note on our markets

We operate in the United States, Canada, England and Australia, and the
rights in section 11 are offered to every user on the same terms, set to the
strictest baseline that applies across those markets — including the UK GDPR
for users in England, Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and applicable provincial
law), and the Australian Privacy Act. If a law in your market gives you a
specific additional right or a specific regulator to complain to (for example
the UK Information Commissioner’s Office), nothing in this policy limits it.

13. Who the service is for

NEO31 is a business and home-services platform for adults. Accounts are for
people 18 or older, and the service is not directed at minors. We do not
knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have,
we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters — new data uses, new sharing,
new providers — we will update this page, change the effective date, and, for
significant changes, notify account holders by email before the change takes
effect.
